What's New?!

20 March 2005:
And here we are, nearing the end of March and I basically have done absolutely nothing with the Castle that I wanted to do, planned to do, or even dreamed of doing. It's getting to the point where I even wonder if I should keep the Castle up and running because, well, no one seems to give a rat's ass except me. That being said, I guess I will keep it around because it's my forum. Sorry if I sound a little bitter, just going through a separation and not exactly handling it as well as I thought I would.

Anyway, I digress. As I indicated earlier, nothing new to add to Kyoto Castle this week and I haven't even considered a third installment of The Sentinel.

Hope all is well with you and yours and I guess I'll see you when I see you. Sayanora!

22 January 2005:
Well, I don't know about the rest of Canada, but here on the East coast, we've been getting more than our fair share of snow. Now don't get me wrong, I LOVE the cold (it's always easier to warm up than it is to cool down....*winK*) but I'm getting a little tired of all the shovelling that comes with fresh snowfall. And to improve things, there are calls of a blizzard starting tomorrow that could carry over into Monday. Yahoo!

Anyway, I digress. Nothing new to add to Kyoto Castle this week as I haven't had much time to work on further chapters of The Sentinel due to the fact that I am on a ten-week French course that's going to take me into the middle of March. So, suffice to say that unless I get a complete weekend to myself between now and then, I don't see much writing transpiring.

Hope all is well with you and yours and I guess I'll see you next week. Sayanora!

13 January 2005:
Greetings and Happy 2005 to one and all! It's your friendly neighbourhood Sentinel here. I hope that all is well with your and yours. I sincerely hope that everyone's New Year got off to a much better start than mine did. While returning home on 3 Jan 05 from Newfoundland, I struck a deer with my brand new 2004 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab 4x4 just 145 kilometers short of getting home. Luckily, no one was injured, but my truck did weather $8000 damage to the front end. Lucky me, eh? Much has been transpiring in both my personal and professional lives over the past few months, which I won't get into just yet but I will soon enough.

I guess that's it for now. Until next we meet, may the wind be at your back!
